In the heart of the Regno di Nettuno Marine Protected Area, the sea’s naturally stable conditions welcome selected wines into a unique environment of darkness, constant temperature and deep-water pressure.

Volcanic Sea Cellar combines place, research and technology to document every stage of underwater ageing.

From arrival at the warehouse to recovery from the sea, every event can be linked to a digital identity. RFID supports logistics, QR and NFC provide public access, and Volcanic Sea Passport protects data integrity.
